1. Overview and Commitment

At Node Work Point Pty Ltd, we maintain strict enrollment limits (such as our 12-participant cohort cap for the 6-week intensive) to guarantee personal instructor attention. When you register, a seat is reserved exclusively for you, and other applicants may be turned away.

This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

2. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility for Group Training Cohorts

For group programs including the Price Action & Volume Confirmation Intensive, Order Flow Workshop, and Market Structure Masterclass:

  • More than 14 Calendar Days Prior to Cohort Start: If you cancel your enrollment at least 14 days before the official start date of the first live clinic, you will receive a 100% full refund of your paid tuition, minus an administrative processing fee of A$50.
  • Between 7 and 14 Calendar Days Prior to Start: You are eligible for a 50% partial refund, or you may elect to transfer 100% of your paid tuition credit toward a future scheduled intake within 12 months at no additional charge.
  • Fewer than 7 Calendar Days Prior to Start: Due to finalized cohort scheduling and curriculum material preparation, tuition is non-refundable. However, you may transfer your enrollment to a future intake once, subject to a 10% rescheduling administrative fee.
  • After Course Commencement: Once the first live session has taken place or training materials have been accessed, no refunds are granted. All missed sessions are provided via high-definition video recordings.

3. Private Diagnostic & Journal Audit Sessions

  • Rescheduling: Private 1-on-1 diagnostic sessions may be rescheduled at no charge with at least 48 hours' prior written notice.
  • Work Already Commenced: If you submit your trade logs and our lead technician has commenced the pre-audit analysis, the diagnostic preparation fee portion (A$200) is non-refundable.
  • No-Shows: If a participant fails to attend a confirmed 1-on-1 video or in-person consultation without prior notice, the session is forfeited without refund.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable once distributed or delivered:

  • Printed training workbooks and spiral-bound field guides that have already been dispatched via Australia Post;
  • Completed private diagnostic written reports;
  • Bank wire transfer merchant fees incurred during overseas currency conversions.

5. Refund Request Process & Processing Times

To request a refund or cancellation, please email our administration desk at info@nodeworkpoint.click stating your full name, invoice number, enrolled program, and reason for the request.

  • Requests are acknowledged within one (1) business day.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days.
  • Refunds are returned via the original payment method (Electronic Funds Transfer or original credit card account).

6. Instructor Cancellations or Force Majeure

In the rare event that Node Work Point must cancel a scheduled workshop or cohort due to instructor illness, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances, enrolled students will be offered the choice of an immediate 100% full refund or guaranteed priority placement in the next rescheduled cohort.
