These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Participant," "Client," or "User") and Node Work Point Pty Ltd (ABN registered in Australia, trading as "Node Work Point", "we", "us", or "our"). By enrolling in our training programs, purchasing diagnostic audits, accessing our website at nodeworkpoint.click, or using our educational materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. General Advice & Educational Disclaimer (No Financial Product Advice)
Node Work Point is strictly a technical analysis training and educational consultancy. All content, course syllabi, live chart reviews, historical case studies, and instructor commentaries provided by Node Work Point are strictly for general educational purposes.
- We do not provide personal financial product advice or credit services.
- No materials or sessions constitute a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any financial product, security, derivative, contract for difference (CFD), foreign exchange pair, or commodity.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal, non-commercial educational use only. You may not record, republish, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly broadcast any proprietary training content.
4. Enrollment, Fees, and Invoicing
All tuition fees are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise indicated. Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or an agreed written deposit prior to the commencement of the scheduled cohort or diagnostic session.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), Node Work Point Pty Ltd, its directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation lost trading profits, lost capital, or data loss arising from your participation in our programs.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the State of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and any courts competent to hear appeals therefrom.
